Remove dust, dirt and blistered coatings; fill and sand defects; substrate dry and clean. Thin Tek Change primer ~10–15% with water; mix well; ≥4 h between coats—two coats recommended.
Never apply over wet, damp or blistered substrates. Brush or roller. Application +5–30 °C. Drying at 20 °C / 60% RH: touch-dry ~1 h, through-dry ~24 h. Coverage ~10–12 m²/L — verify by sample.
