Su Kes waterproofing primer
Modified pure acrylic copolymer water-based opaque elastic primer/membrane for waterproofing concrete, render, brick, AAC, asbestos-cement sheets, roofs, balconies, terraces, reveals, pools, tanks and channels—breathable, low VOC, lightly chemical-resistant decorative isolation.

- Transport and storage: In original packaging with the lid fully closed, protected from sunlight and frost (+5 to 35 °C) can be stored for at least 2 years. Large packs: stack at most 5 units; small packs stack at most 5 units when stacking.

Apply only to dry, clean substrates; wash cementitious surfaces if needed; eliminate ponding. Clean oils, dust and friable matter. At horizontal/vertical junctions apply ~5 cm reinforced band with fibre-loaded Su Kes, then dilute first coat 100% with water where specified; second coat neat; alternate direction ≤24 h between coats. Dry enclosed works with heaters before/after application.
After 24 h apply two full coats by brush or roller. Application +5–35 °C in dry weather. If trafficked or potable-water contact is expected, add a protective wear layer. Drying at 20 °C / 60% RH: touch ~30 min, initial set ~12 h, through ~24 h; test cure ~24 h. Consumption ~200–500 g/m² depending on purpose — verify by sample.
