Prepare as standard blocking primer; thin Tek silicone interior primer ~10–15% with water by brush or roller.
Topcoat after 4–24 h. Application +5–30 °C. Drying at 20 °C / 60% RH: touch ~2 h, through ~24 h. Coverage ~10–12 m²/L — verify by sample.
