Styrene–acrylic silicone-modified water-based matt exterior with strong UV opacity and vapour permeability—fade-resistant pigments, easy application and high wet-scrub resistance for long-term façade protection.

Substrate clean and dry—never coat damp surfaces. Use compatible water-based primer. Thin paint ~10–15% with water; mix thoroughly. Recoat ~3 h at 25 ± 3 °C.
Two coats recommended. Application +5–25 °C at 50–60% RH; surface temperature >+5 °C. Touch-dry 30–60 min at 20 °C, through-dry 24 h. Coverage ~10–12 m²/L.
