Mukavim topcoat water-based gloss enamel
Pure acrylic resin–based, dirt- and stain-resistant flexible gloss coating for interior, exterior and wood—water-based luxury topcoat at alkyd-like gloss without hazardous solvent thinners. Fast drying; high vapour permeability and glossy surface limit mould and bacteria. Low VOC; biocide-free full washability for playrooms; suited to kitchens and dining areas. Non-staining; washable and scrubbable.

Previously painted walls: remove dust, dirt, blistered paint and friable chalked layers; fill and sand level defects; substrate dry and clean. Prime as required, then apply Tek Mukavim water-based gloss enamel. Wood: remove defective paint; fill and sand; prime, then apply Tek Mukavim. Sound timber: light sand; first coat up to 5% water, second coat neat; maintain even gloss.
Recoat ≥5–6 h; two coats recommended. Physical resistance ~1 week; chemical resistance 28 days. Avoid heavy brushing in hot wind on glossy substrates; sand lightly before recoating. Mix well; brush, roller or spray; clean tools with water before dry. Application +5–30 °C. Drying at 20 °C / 60% RH: touch-dry 1–3 h, through-dry 24 h, chemical cure 28 days. Coverage ~75 g/m² (35 ± 5 µm); ~10–16 m²/L first coat, ~8 m²/L second coat — verify by sample.
